The Velt resident portal is available in Spanish
Residents of Velt communities can use the resident portal in Spanish. Sign-in, QR sign-up, tonight’s pickup status, service alerts, courtesy notices, and the forms for reporting a missed pickup or a spill all work in either language.
A resident chooses English or Español with a switch at the top of the portal, and the choice is saved to their account. Phone alerts for pickup started, last call, and pickup complete arrive in the language they chose. New visitors see Spanish automatically when their browser prefers it.
We also published a Spanish resident guide, and the courtesy notice and the QR sign-up poster are now bilingual. Property manager and Velt team screens remain in English.
