What the work looks like.
- 01
Start your route
Start tonight’s route on your phone in the Velt team portal. Residents can get a pickup-started alert.
- 02
Collect and clean up
Collect doors using double liners to prevent or reduce spills, and clean up any spill as it happens during service.
- 03
Photograph every building
Mark each building clean with a proof-of-clean photo from your phone. Location is checked when the property has a map pin.
- 04
Recover and report
Go back for missed pickups, log issues, and leave a friendly courtesy notice with a photo instead of a fine.
- 05
Sweep and finish
End with a sweep of the compactor area and lot, then close out the route.
